Develop a modern customer engagement and operations portal focused on performance tracking, issue management, and streamlined workflows for multi-location automotive reconditioning services.

Required Skills - Develops serverless backend services and APIs to support a React-based portal. Integrates with Snowflake (via abstraction layer) and Salesforce ServiceCloud. Participates in DevOps processes and collaborates closely with frontend and data teams.
Skills Required:
Node.js or similar (serverless context)
AWS Lambda, EventBridge, SNS/SQS
API development and integration
Snowflake data access
Salesforce ServiceCloud interaction (read/write)
