Radiant, a fast-growing small business specializing in digital services for public sector clients, is looking for a highly skilled senior Appian developer to join our team. Radiant is seeking an experienced Appian Senior Developer to lead workflow automation, UI development, and process optimization within the Appian platform. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about business process automation and low-code development. The role requires a deep understanding of Appian architecture, design principles, and best practices to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.

Position: Full-Time Senior Appian Developer

Location: Contract-based with occasional attendance at the Radiant office

Minimum Experience: 8 years Appian BPM with full lifecycle implementations

Key Requirements

8+ years of Appian BPM experience (designing process models, SAIL forms, data types, rules, and constants).
3+ full lifecycle implementations (design, develop, deploy).
Proficiency in Appian 18.x or higher; able to write complex SAIL code.
Strong knowledge of Appian objects and architecture, including in-memory KDB engines, sizing, and scaling.
5+ years of Java (preferably for Appian plugins), 5+ years of SQL, and Agile development experience.
Appian Level 1 (Associate Developer) certification; Level 2 (Lead Developer) a plus.
Bachelor’s in Computer Science/IT (or related).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mentorship skills
