Pay $170,000 - $180,000 a year Job type Contract Full-time   Full job description Experience: 5–10 Years About the Role We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of production-grade ML pipelines. You will be responsible for owning the complete ML lifecycle — from data ingestion and training to deployment and monitoring. This is a high-impact role where you will collaborate with product, backend, and frontend teams to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions. Key Responsibilities Architect and implement end-to-end ML pipelines (data ingestion → training → evaluation → deployment). Fine-tune LLMs and NLP models for summarization, keyword generation, and profile parsing. Manage model versioning, experimentation, and inference. Deploy APIs for model inference using FastAPI, Docker, SageMaker, Vertex AI, etc. Monitor and improve model performance with feedback loops and retraining. Collaborate with AI advisor and junior ML engineer on R&D and delivery. Ensure scalability, reliability, and compliance in ML infrastructure. Required Skills 5+ years of hands-on experience in ML/NLP engineering. Strong knowledge of PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers, Embeddings, PEFT, Hugging Face. Experience with RAG, vector search, and prompt engineering. Proven track record of at least 2 production-grade ML implementations. Expertise in MLOps tools (MLFlow, Weights & Biases, etc.). Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong deployment experience with Docker, FastAPI, SageMaker, Vertex AI. Excellent problem-solving and team collaboration skills.
