Job Description: Minimum Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 3 years of AEM experience
Experience with AEM Developer tools such as:
Apache Felix
Apache Sling
Jackrabbit
CRXDE
Java Content Repository API
Knowledge of OSGi and its Declarative Services
Solid understanding of DAM workflows, asset ingestion, and metadata management
Experience with setup and maintenance as well as User and Group Management
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and web service development (REST/SOAP)
Familiarity with building tools, including Maven
Develop/deploy custom OSGi bundles
Knowledge of patterns and good practices to design and develop quality and clean code
6 years strong JAVA developer experience
Experience in: Spring MVC, J2EE, Hibernate
6 years framework experience with Angular and/or REACT
Strong experience with System Integration
Minimum 5 years of experience initiating, directing, implementing and managing content management platforms for complex, high-volume, transactional websites
Strong, hands-on knowledge of Content Management technologies, including Adobe AEM, WordPress, and other publishing and digital asset management platforms
Experience with testing at all levels: unit, integration, functional, and performance
Familiarity with task management, bug tracking, and wiki-based documentation tools like JIRA and Confluence
Meticulous, highly organized, and strong task/project, process and vendor customer management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-organizational team
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Exceptional communication skills, both written (email and formal documents) and verbal (meetings and presentations)
Advanced using standard office software such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

The compensation range for this position: $90,000 - $130,000 annually.
