Role: Senior .NET/React.JS Developer – Azure
Location: 100% Remote (Must currently reside in Texas)
Contract Type: Long-Term Contract
Rate: $45–$50/hour (C2C)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior .NET/React.JS Developer with strong Azure experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about software development, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a proven track record of delivering enterprise-level solutions.

Key Requirements:

10+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft .NET technologies (.NET Framework and .NET Core).
Strong Azure expertise, including Azure Functions, App Services, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps, and other native cloud services.
Advanced front-end development skills with React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks—focused on building secure, responsive, and accessible applications.
Deep understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and modular, domain-centric architecture.
Involvement in at least 5 major enterprise projects, ideally within highly regulated environments (e.g., government or court systems).
Strong background in RESTful API development and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
Experience with third-party API integrations, legacy systems, and data synchronization strategies.
Proficient in SQL—including database design and query optimization (preferably using Microsoft SQL Server).
Familiarity with unit testing (XUnit, NUnit, Moq) and test-driven development (TDD) practices.
Experienced in Agile/Scrum and hybrid team environments—actively contributing to ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives.
Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and environment management using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
Strong command of Git, including branching strategies like GitFlow.
Adaptable to changing project needs and able to function effectively in small, cross-functional teams.
Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
Passionate about software craftsmanship and writing clean, maintainable code.
