Job Description: Key Responsibilities:

Analyze functional business requirements and translate them into technical design specifications
Develop and implement applications across functional areas such as:
Finance and Accounting
Human Resources and Personnel
Manpower and Logistics
Procurement and Contract Management
Create block diagrams, logic flowcharts, and convert them into working applications
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code in .NET technologies
Perform testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure optimal software operation
Enhance software efficiency by minimizing processing time and optimizing system resources
Prepare detailed documentation including technical specifications, user manuals, and support documents
Work collaboratively with senior developers and provide technical guidance to junior programmers
Ensure project deadlines are met and contribute to team success through active participation
Desirable Skills:

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience with large-scale database systems (DBMS)
Understanding of cloud-based systems, especially Microsoft Azure
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
