This role will be virtual, remote-based but must work U.S. Eastern or Central Time work hours. Will not consider non-US based candidates or Corp to Corp candidates. As a Ruby on Rails Developer, you understand the client's big-picture business value and technical direction and can articulate possible solutions and next steps beyond the project at hand. You will integrate into a software development team without needing ongoing, daily supervision. You'll have the opportunity to work directly with client stakeholders on greenfield software development projects. You will regularly participate in pair programming and code reviews, putting you in the position to share your knowledge and upskill your team. You're driven to learn new technologies and frameworks.
