TechFlow Inc. seeks to hire a remote IT Developer to support the development, deployment, and maintenance of software applications in support of a government client. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement improvements that enhance application performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities:

Run and monitor software performance tests on new and existing programs for the purpose of correcting errors, isolating areas for improvement, and general debugging.
Administer critical analysis of test results and deliver solutions to problem areas.
Install/upgrade software products as required.
Write programming scripts to enhance functionality and/or appearance of company web site and/or related web applications as necessary.
Provisioning development environments (local, virtual, or cloud-based).
Design, deploy, and maintain deployment scripts and artifact repositories.
Automating routine tasks (e.g., code formatting, testing, linting).
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Security Clearance.
Strong experience developing applications and backend services using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, JavaScript, jQuery, Node.js, CSS, SQL, and GitHub Enterprise in a cloud environment (AWS).
Experience automating tasks using scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Perl.
Proficient in developing and maintaining web services, including RESTful APIs, using ASP.NET Core (MVC, Web API, middleware, dependency injection, and security features).
Skilled in building dynamic, responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Razor, and frameworks/libraries such as jQuery, Bootstrap, and Chart.js.
Expertise in AJAX and asynchronous HTTP requests for interactive UIs.
Strong SQL experience including stored procedures, functions, performance tuning, and data modeling in relational databases.
Experience customizing Bootstrap layouts and components using CSS and SASS.
