MIND Research Institute seeks a Principal Software Engineer in Irvine, CA to architect and develop key games for our next generation educational software platform; Participate in agile, iterative planning activities; Work with education professionals to analyze, diagnose, and fix usability and learning issues; Perform peer design and code reviews and provide feedback to internal and external development teams; Work closely with the QA team to ensure that test plans address all of the features and capabilities of our games and that they meet the desired specifications; Help define development guidelines and advise on the technology stack to be used for the next generation of MIND’s educational games; 100% Telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the U.S. BS+4. $117,730-$165,390/yr.
