Job Description: Power App Designer/Developer with excellent UX skills

Location: Remote

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Power App Designer/Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess both front-end and back-end development experience, along with strong UX skills. This role is focused on creating efficient and user-friendly applications that meet the dynamic needs of our business environment. The position requires a proactive individual capable of rapid response and adaptation to changing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps, ensuring seamless integration with various data sources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional application designs.
- Implement front-end solutions that provide an excellent user experience, utilizing best practices in UX/UI design.
- Develop and maintain back-end services and APIs to support application functionality.
- Conduct testing and debugging of applications to ensure performance, security, and reliability.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing applications, responding rapidly to user feedback and business needs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Power Platform development and UX design.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Power Apps development with a strong portfolio of applications.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end development (Azure, SQL, etc.).
- Strong understanding of user experience principles and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in agile development methodologies and rapid application development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour

Experience:

Power Apps development: 4 years (Preferred)
UX/UI design: 3 years (Preferred)
