Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Front-End Developer to join us on a part-time, project-based basis. This role requires deep expertise in React.js, Redux, and Next.js, including server-side rendering (SSR). You’ll be working on user-facing features with a strong focus on user experience, performance, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js and Redux.
Translate UI/UX wireframes and mockups into clean, maintainable front-end code.
Understand and optimize user flows to ensure an intuitive and seamless experience.
Collaborate with design, product, and back-end teams to align on deliverables and timelines.
Manage your own time effectively and deliver work according to project milestones.
Write modular, reusable, and well-documented code.
Identify and resolve bugs and performance issues.
Keep up with evolving technologies and best practices in front-end and UX development.
Required Qualifications

5+ years of front-end experience with React.js and Redux.
Advanced proficiency in React.js, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Hands-on experience with Next.js, including server-side rendering and static generation.
Experience integrating APIs into SSR workflows (getServerSideProps, getInitialProps, etc.).
Understanding of SSR implications for performance, SEO, and user experience.
Strong understanding of UX principles, user flows, and responsive design.
Proven ability to work independently, manage your time, and consistently meet project deadlines.
Solid experience with HTML5, CSS3, and REST APIs.
Proficient with Git and collaborative workflows.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills in remote work environments.
