Full job description
We’re looking for a skilled PHP Developer to join our client’s team via our outstaffing model.

You’ll work directly on the client’s product — writing clean, scalable code, building new features, and improving existing systems using Laravel and/or Symfony. You’ll be part of a distributed team, collaborating closely with developers, QA, and product stakeholders.

This is a full-time contract role through our company, working with the client’s team.

The current engagement runs until December 31st, with potential for extension based on project needs.

Workload: 40 hours per week.

Required availability within European time zones (CET ± 2).

Responsibilities

Develop features: Build new, complex functionality from design to deployment.
Write clean code: Develop efficient, reusable, and testable PHP code.
Maintain and optimize: Improve performance and maintain legacy codebases.
Ensure quality: Write unit tests and follow best practices for robust, stable code.
Collaborate: Use Git, Jira/Trello, and regular syncs with teammates.
Requirements

5+ years of professional software development.
Deep experience with Laravel (Symfony is a strong plus).
Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and clean architecture.
Proven experience with unit testing.
Familiarity with SQL optimization and relational databases.
Comfortable with:
Docker / Docker Compose
Linux CLI (bash)
Git workflows
English proficiency for daily communication.
