EdiPhy Advisors, a leading provider of knowledge-based services to the healthcare industry, is currently recruiting for a skilled full-time Network Systems Engineer to join our team. Job Summary: As a Network Systems Engineer, you will manage and optimize computer systems and networks. Your responsibilities will include installation, configuration and maintenance of operating systems, software applications and hardware components. Design, implement, and maintain computer network to include hardware, routers, switches and network configuration. This work involves collaboration with stakeholders within Information Technology, as well as other EdiPhy Advisors stakeholders. Duties: Implement and maintain security, including firewalls, intrusion detection, and antivirus software Develop and implement network infrastructure, including LANSs, WANs and wireless networks Manage and maintain servers, network devices and related software, including operating systems and applications Identify, diagnose and resolve network and system issues while minimizing downtime Work with vendors to purchase, install, maintain and troubleshoot network equipment and software Work with 3rd party cloud providers to ensure stability, security and integrity of cloud solutions Work with external auditors to provide accurate documentation on SOC 2 Type 2 controls and Risk Assessment documentation and remediation Develop and implement processes, procedures and solutions to meet security requirements Manage ticket queues and escalations Work with IT leadership on recommendations for infrastructure improvements, advancements and scalability The essential job functions of this position are not limited to the duties listed above. Experience Required: 7+ years’ experience with Windows Server/Desktop Administration. Ability to expertly manage Active Directory, Group Policy, Shares and NTFS Permissions Experience Managing VMware vSphere and Horizon VDI, iSCSI SAN, and Network Switches with Multiple VLANs Ability to Plan, Configure, Deploy and Troubleshoot Enterprise Firewall and IPSec site-to-site VPN Tunnels Familiar with Reviewing Logs for Anomalies Related to FIM, generated from network devices that are relayed to a SIEM Hands on Experience Having Configured and Used ManageEngine’s Suite of Products Familiarity with phone system design and configuration concepts Ability to Plan, Configure, Deploy and Troubleshoot Microsoft Azure Experience with the administration, remediation and documentation of Patch Management Able to Support Technologies such as SQL, Exchange, MDM, BitLocker, etc. in a Multi-Domain Forest Understands requirements and Best Practices Surrounding SOC2 Compliance, Documentation and Security related to HIPAA, PCI and NIST standards Experience with backup solutions such as Veeam, Zerto and other leading industry solutions Familiarity with AI and related concepts Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Minimum of 7 years’ experience working with Windows Server/Desktop Administration Other Skills: Able to resolve issues quickly in a deadline-driven environment Creates clear, concise and accurate documentation to meet compliance requirements Quick Learner and Adapts to business requirement changes with ease Communicates and Works well with both Technical and Non-Technical Users If you are a talented Network Professional looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization, we encourage you to apply.
