Location: Remote – supporting federal development efforts

Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is seeking a talented Mid Java Developer to join a federal program focused on delivering secure and efficient applications.

In this role, you will build and maintain Java applications, work with modern frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet mission-critical needs.

What You’ll Do
As a Mid Java Developer, you will:

Develop applications using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs

Implement front-end components using Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap

Use tools such as Git, JUnit, and Eclipse for version control and testing

Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to peers

Collaborate with analysts and testers to ensure functionality meets requirements

Troubleshoot application issues and implement fixes

Participate in Agile ceremonies and team collaboration

Maintain accurate technical documentation
