Full job description
We’re seeking a Lead UI/UX Developer with 10+ years of professional experience to lead the design and development of modern, high-performance web applications. This role blends hands-on coding with UI/UX leadership — from creating user-centric designs in Figma to implementing them in React, Redux, and JavaScript. You’ll also work with Node.jsfor backend integration and apply AWS-based Application UI Development skills for cloud-hosted solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead UI/UX design efforts, translating requirements into interactive mockups and prototypes in Figma.
Develop responsive, accessible, and performance-optimized frontends using React, Redux, JavaScript.
Integrate UI with backend services via Node.js and REST APIs.
Deliver AWS-based Application UI Development using Amplify, S3, CloudFront, Cognito, and Lambda/API Gateway.
Drive design consistency, usability, and accessibility across applications.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver pixel-perfect experiences.
Mentor junior developers and review code/design for quality and best practices.

Frontend Development – React, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
Design – Figma, UI/UX best practices, responsive and accessible design
Backend Integration – Node.js, REST APIs
Cloud – AWS-based Application UI Development (Amplify, S3 static hosting, CloudFront, Cognito, Lambda/API Gateway)
Strong debugging, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility skills
Additional Information

Experience – Minimum 10 years of professional software/UI development experience.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.
No H-1B, OPT, or other visa transfers or sponsorship available for this role.

Pay: $70.00 - $73.00 per hour
