Full job description
You will be developing and improving web application that will solve business problems, empower our employees, and bring value to our clients. This role serves as a valuable technical resource for SSD Alarm and you will be looked upon for architecting new web-based solutions. SSD uses the Angular framework and the successful applicant will be experienced in its use.

What you will be doing:

Developing a technical understanding of SSD software and systems.

Creating web applications that streamlines SSD Alarm’s sales and production pipelines and enable our employees to make efficient, knowledgeable decisions.

Working with stakeholders to create new features for existing web applications

Supervising the work of 1-2 junior developers.

Creating practices, procedures and methods that streamline operations and ensure software is delivered efficiently and securely.

Driving the completion of assigned software projects.

8 years of experience developing web applications.

3 years of experience with Angular.

History of successfully architecting software solutions.

Track record of delivering software projects.

Full understanding of software development life cycle.

Experience mentoring junior developers.

Ability to communicate effectively with other departments.

Must qualify for a State of California Alarm Company Employee Permit. This will include a criminal history review by the California Bureau of Investigative Services.

Angular, Node.js, SQL, Docker, Gitlab, Jira, REST API’s, GraphQL
