Job Vacancy: Lead Full-Stack Developer
Location: USA (Remote)

Salary Range: USD 7,000 – 9,000/month

Overview:

Prepaire is building a next-generation medical digital twin platform. We are seeking a Lead Full-Stack Developer to own and implement the system architecture, manage integrations with external APIs, and lead platform development. You will work closely with our data and simulation teams to build an intelligent and user-friendly platform for personalized medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and build the full-stack infrastructure using modern frameworks
Develop user-facing features and backend logic for simulation, health data, and analytics
Manage API integrations (FHIR, wearable APIs, simulation engines)
Collaborate with product and data teams to ensure system interoperability
Oversee code reviews, technical documentation, and DevOps coordination
Lead sprint planning and set engineering standards for the team
Requirements:

5+ years full-stack development experience
Proficient in React.js/Next.js, Node.js or Python (FastAPI/Django)
Strong experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets
Familiar with Docker, Git, PostgreSQL/MongoDB
Comfortable managing CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in healthcare or healthtech applications
Familiarity with HL7/FHIR standards
Knowledge of security protocols (OAuth2, JWT, TLS)
