About The Role We’re looking for a Lead Frontend Engineer to shape the future of our core product experience. This is a high-impact role where you’ll drive architecture, set engineering standards, and deliver elegant, high-performance interfaces that power mission-critical workflows for our customers. You'll be our frontend technical leader and a key partner to design, product, and leadership. What You'll Do Own and evolve the frontend architecture across our customer- and internal-facing products Collaborate with Product and Design to deliver pixel-perfect, intuitive, and performant user experiences Lead the development of our component system and UI tooling (e.g., Storybook), helping us scale design consistency and speed Set the standard for frontend excellence — driving code quality, testing practices, and system performance Mentor fellow engineers, share knowledge, and build a strong frontend culture Balance execution speed with technical debt management, scalability, and maintainability Work cross-functionally to scope projects, prioritize enhancements, and improve developer velocity
