About the Role

We’re seeking a full stack UX/UI Python/Linux Developer with strong experience deploying and managing applications on AWS EC2 instances. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, infrastructure-focused environment and enjoys building scalable systems that power real-world applications.

You’ll work to support and evolve our cloud-based systems, write clean and maintainable Python, Express.js, and React code, and keep things running smoothly on our Linux-based AWS servers.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable Python, Express.js, and React applications
Deploy and manage apps on AWS EC2 Linux instances
Configure and manage Linux environments (Ubuntu, Amazon Linux, etc.)
Handle REST API integrations, backend logic, and data flows within our own system and outside 3rd party applications.
Manage deployment processes, version control, and CI/CD pipelines
Monitor performance, uptime, logs, and security on EC2
Write clean, modular, and well-documented code
Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain production-grade systems
On call for critical errors and bug fixes.
Manage development team members, projects, and reporting to senior management.
Must-Have Skills Python Development

Strong Python 3.x experience
Express.js, Node.js, and React
Familiar with Flask, FastAPI, or Django
Confident handling REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP requests
Experience with logging, error handling, and reusable code patterns
Linux Systems

Proficient with Linux shell and server-side tools
Managing services, cron jobs, file permissions, and SSH access
Comfortable working directly on production Linux servers
AWS EC2 & Deployment

Launching and configuring EC2 instances securely
Managing security groups, key pairs, and roles
Understanding of VPC networking and EBS volume management
Experience deploying Python apps using Gunicorn/Uvicorn + Nginx/Apache
Familiarity with virtual environments and requirements.txt
CI/CD & Version Control

Git proficiency (branching, merging, PRs)
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
Basic understanding of build and deployment automation
Security & Access

SSH key and server access management
IAM permissions and server hardening best practices
Nice-to-Have Skills

Azure, Open Ai, Gronk, Deepseek, Cartesia, Vapi API experience
Docker / Docker Compose experience
Boto3 or AWS CLI scripting
Experience with CloudWatch, S3, RDS, Route 53
SQL/NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB)
Monitoring with ELK, Prometheus/Grafana, or similar
Familiarity with Agile environments (Jira, Confluence)
Unit testing frameworks like pytest or unittest
