NOTE: This is 100% remote, applicant must be based in Phoenix, AZ area. Only local candidates will be considered.

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in C# to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on both front-end and back-end technologies, have a passion for problem-solving, and be excited about building scalable, high-performance web applications. This is a hands-on role, where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality code and contributing to the entire software development lifecycle.

Duties

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core on the back end and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, Blazor) on the front end.
Work with SQL Server database and contribute to database design and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to implement new features and enhance existing ones.
Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot scalability issues.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices in software development, including testing, debugging, and version control (Git).
Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
Ensure that the front-end applications are user-friendly, responsive, and optimized for performance across various devices and browsers.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the software remains modern and competitive.
Participates in all phases of development from definition and design through implementation, debugging, testing and deployment of features across multiple subsystems within a large-scale, web-based customer-facing application.
Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
Investigate, analyze, and make recommendations to management regarding technology improvements, upgrades, and modifications.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Proficient in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and related frameworks.
Experience with modern front-end development frameworks like Angular and Blazor.
Responsive Web Design.
Google Maps API.
Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Experience working with databases, including writing queries and optimizing database performance (e.g., SQL Server).
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience building or consuming API's.
Experience with DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
Familiarity with Unit Testing frameworks (e.g., NUnit).
Experience with microservices architecture is a plus.
Knowledge of mobile development is an added advantage.
Experience with Real Estate, CRM, Marketing Automation, Google Analytics a plus
