You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that owns key parts of our user-facing product. From building intuitive frontend flows to designing scalable backend logic, your work will directly shape how workers discover opportunities, navigate the platform, and succeed in their transition to new industries. Contribute to product discovery and bring your technical perspective into early-stage discussions. Make pragmatic architectural decisions to balance quality and delivery speed. Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering in a cross-functional setup. Continuously improve the reliability, performance, and maintainability of our systems. Review code, share knowledge, and help shape our engineering culture.
