Full job description
We are launching an online web development bootcamp for students in the United States and are looking for an instructor who not only knows how to code but also how to teach and inspire others.

If you speak in a way that captivates your audience, can explain complex concepts in simple terms, and genuinely enjoy working with beginners — we're looking for you.

Responsibilities:

Deliver live online lessons following the course curriculum (in English);
Support students throughout their learning journey: answer questions, review homework, participate in Q&A sessions;
Evaluate and provide feedback on project work;
Collaborate with the instructional design team and contribute to improving course materials;
Foster a disciplined and engaging learning environment within the group.
Requirements:

3+ years of commercial experience in full-stack web development;
Prior teaching or mentoring experience: helping junior developers (through courses, internships, or internal programs);
Confident command of English (B2 level or higher), especially spoken — a must, as the course is delivered in English to an American audience.
Technical Skills:

Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React (hooks, forms, routing);
Backend: Node.js, Express, REST APIs;
Databases: MongoDB (required), SQL (preferred);
Tools & Environment: Git, GitHub, Postman, terminal, Visual Studio Code;
Solid understanding of web application architecture, APIs, authentication, and basic security principles.
Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to present material in a clear, structured way and simplify complex topics without losing meaning;
Clear and expressive communication style with strong logical flow in English;
Ability to maintain student engagement and motivate regular participation;
Adaptable teaching approach suited to various group levels and learning speeds;
A portfolio of personal projects, open-source contributions, or a well-organized GitHub profile;
Openness to feedback and a desire to contribute to the ongoing improvement of the educational product.
