The Role

We’re seeking a talented Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our founding engineering team and help build our groundbreaking AI-powered eCommerce growth platform. You’ll be responsible for developing scalable software solutions that process millions of advertising data points, create intelligent optimization algorithms, and deliver exceptional user experiences for enterprise clients. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact at a fast-growing startup while working with cutting-edge AI and ad tech technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Development:

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and technologies
Build robust APIs and microservices to handle high-volume advertising data from multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Amazon, etc.)
Develop and optimize databases for storing and analyzing large datasets of campaign performance metrics
Create responsive, intuitive user interfaces for complex data visualization and campaign management
AI & Ad Tech Integration:

Implement machine learning algorithms for campaign optimization and performance prediction
Integrate with major advertising platform APIs (Google Ads API, Facebook Marketing API, Amazon Advertising API)
Build real-time data processing pipelines for campaign monitoring and automated bidding
Develop advanced reporting and analytics features for enterprise clients
Quality & Performance:

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices
Implement comprehensive testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
Optimize application performance for handling enterprise-scale data volumes
Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical architecture decisions
Required Qualifications

Technical Skills:

3+ years of full-stack development experience with modern web technologies
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one backend language (Python, Node.js, Go, or similar)
Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular)
Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)
Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD processes
Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in ad tech, martech, or SaaS platforms
Familiarity with advertising APIs and programmatic advertising concepts
Experience with data pipeline tools and ETL processes
Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and data science concepts
Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
Soft Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Quick learning capabilities and adaptability to new technologies
Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional teams
Willingness to work in the fast-paced ad tech space
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

About Remote Work
