Job Title: Full-Stack Developer

Overview: We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to an innovative medical web platform. Initially, your focus will be on optimizing the platform for phased rollouts to enhance efficiency, with additional functionalities introduced gradually.

We're also looking for a developer interested in building AI-centric web apps for clients, working closely with an experienced front-end implementation manager. This role offers the opportunity to leverage existing code blocks and templates to expedite future project-based builds for small to medium-sized businesses.

Location & Hours

Location: Fully Remote (DFW-based preferred, but not required)
Hours: 10-20 hours per week, for a phased rollout
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize robust backend services using Supabase, PostgreSQL, and Edge Functions.
Implement and enforce advanced security (RLS, authentication, MFA) and data handling practices.
Manage file storage, document versioning, and integrate approval workflows.
Integrate with critical third-party APIs (payments, communications, AI services).
Contribute to a responsive React/TypeScript frontend and ensure system scalability.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience:

Backend & Database Expertise (Core Focus)

Supabase Ecosystem: Strong proficiency with Supabase as a primary backend-as-a-service, including:
PostgreSQL: Schema design, complex Row Level Security (RLS) policies.
Supabase Edge Functions: Developing and deploying serverless logic.
Real-time: Implementing live data updates and WebSocket connections.
Authentication & Security: Supabase Auth (MFA, session management), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
Storage: Supabase Storage for file/document management.
API Integration: Experience with Square API, email/SMS services (e.g., Twilio), and AI services (e.g., OpenAI/Gemini API).
Architecture: Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS principles.
Frontend Proficiency

React & TypeScript: Hands-on experience with React (v18+) and TypeScript.
UI Frameworks: Proficiency with Tailwind CSS, Radix UI, and Shadcn/ui.
Form Management: Experience with React Hook Form and Zod for validation.
Interactive UI: Ability to implement drag-and-drop, data visualization (Recharts), Kanban boards, and dynamic data tables.
System Design & Development Practices

Application Architecture: Experience with designing responsive web applications (PWA a plus).
Version Control: Proficient with Git and GitHub.
Development Tools: Experience with Vite.
