Job Title

Full-Stack Developer – Admin Dashboard (React / Next.js / Material UI / GCP)
— Equity-Based Until Funding
About Halen

Halen is a pre-launch mobility & lifestyle super-app offering ride-hailing, delivery, travel booking, and more — all in one platform. We are currently in the MVP development stage and preparing for our first public launch.

To launch successfully, we need an internal admin dashboard to manage user activity, track trips, monitor sales, and handle support. We are seeking a full-stack developer to help research, select, customize, and integrate a React-based admin dashboard template that works best for our needs.

Note: This role is equity-based until funding is secured post-launch.

Responsibilities

Research and recommend the best React / Next.js admin dashboard template (Material UI or TailwindCSS preferred).
Customize the chosen template to match Halen branding (colors, fonts, logo).
Integrate the dashboard with our backend APIs (NestJS, Golang) hosted on Google Cloud Platform.
Implement role-based access control (Admin, Support, Finance).
Build and connect pages for:
Trip tracking (including Google Maps Fleet Engine integration).
Sales analytics and subscription reporting.
User management (drivers, riders).
Support & dispute resolution.
Ensure secure authentication (Firebase Auth / OAuth with MFA).
Deploy the dashboard to Google Cloud Run or Firebase Hosting.
Requirements

Proven experience with React.js and Next.js.
Strong knowledge of Material UI (MUI) or TailwindCSS UI frameworks.
Experience integrating APIs from NestJS / Node.js backends.
Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform services (Cloud Run, BigQuery, Cloud Spanner, Pub/Sub).
Experience with authentication & RBAC.
Solid understanding of secure coding practices.
Nice to Have

Experience with real-time data (WebSockets / Firebase Realtime Database).
Familiarity with Google Maps API (especially Fleet Engine).
Basic UX skills to optimize dashboard workflows.
Knowledge of payment systems (Stripe, Nuvei) for financial reporting.
Compensation

Equity-based until funding is secured post-launch.
Post-funding: Competitive salary + equity.
Flexible working hours, remote-friendly.
Engagement

Contract or short-term project with potential for ongoing role post-funding.
Immediate start — goal is to complete dashboard for MVP launch.
Estimated timeline: 1 week for template selection + 2–3 weeks for MVP dashboard, with extensions for new features.
