We’re building a platform that empowers families to easily book high-quality, one-on-one coaching sessions—and empowers college athletes to earn meaningful income by sharing their knowledge and passion. We’re now looking for a passionate and versatile Full-Stack Web Developer to join our small but mighty team and help us build a world-class product that scales. What You’ll Do Take ownership of core features across our web platform—from backend logic to frontend UI Collaborate closely with the founders and product manager to ship impactful features quickly Build intuitive, mobile-friendly user experiences for families and coaches Integrate and maintain secure payment, scheduling, and communication systems Help shape product direction and technical architecture as we grow Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability as user demand increases Implement analytics and error tracking Who You Are 3+ years of full-stack development experience (startup or product-focused environment preferred) Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, etc.) Comfortable working with APIs, databases, and cloud-based infrastructure Excellent problem-solving skills and a bias for action Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Excited by the idea of joining a mission-driven startup in its early stages Bonus: Familiarity with sports, coaching, or youth-focused platforms What We Offer Flexible remote work environment (Seattle-based preferred but not required) The chance to build something meaningful from the ground up A mission-driven team that genuinely cares about empowering athletes and families Real ownership of your work and the product’s future Founding team equity.
