Job Role: Full Stack Engineer Location: MCDOWELL ST WELCH WV Duration- Long Term Contract JOB DESCRIPTION: Healthcare - ideally in oncology, EHR systems, clinical platforms HIPAA/SOC-2 - i.e., compliance implementation, audit prep, security controls AI Agents - ideally planner-executor systems, tool-calling agents, autonomous systems Moving forward: Screen for 2/3 domains in initial calls Ask for specific examples This saves everyone time on mismatched candidates Founder or Technical Hire #1-3 at Startup: Candidates should have been a founding engineer or one of the first few technical hires in a startup, demonstrating ownership and impact in building products from the ground up. Comfortable with Intense Work Environment: Candidates must have thrived in high-pressure situations, showcasing their ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment. Backend Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/JAX, FastAPI, and Django is required. Candidates should be able to craft data pipelines and debug end-to-end systems with examples of production systems they've built and scaled. Early-stage, High-growth Startup Experience: Experience in an early-stage (Seed to Series B) startup with evidence of company success, such as funding rounds, user traction, or revenue growth.
