Job description
A top financial services company is currently seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong PEGA experience to join their Business Process Digitalization team. This is a fully remote, hands-on technical role focused on building scalable, full-stack web applications with a specialization in PEGA solutions.

***Candidates must have an active Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA).***

Responsibilities:

Leading the design, development, and maintenance of PEGA solutions aligned with business goals
Collaborating with solution architects to ensure adherence to development standards, security guidelines, and architectural compliance
Coding and integrating high-quality solutions within Agile sprint cycles
Ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable, and reusable components
Maintaining documentation including system diagrams, reports, and change logs
Acting as a PEGA mentor and technical advisor for internal teams
Qualifications:

10+ years of IT experience with a strong background in full-stack development
Master's Degree or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA)
Hands-one experience with PEGA development
Experience working across technology stacks (Cloud, DevOps, IBM, Oracle, UNIX, Windows, Java/J2EE, Databases, Mainframe)
Skilled in Agile development methodologies
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
Desired Skills:

4+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry
2+ years of direct experience in the Banking sector
High-level architecture and roadmap planning with PEGA CLSA certification
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
