Full Stack Developer – AI Safety Platform (Prevention Focus)

About the Role
We are building a cutting-edge AI Safety platform that focuses on prevention-first security, identifying and mitigating risks before they occur. As a Full Stack Developer, you will work at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, and modern web development to build intelligent, high-performance systems. This is your chance to help shape the safety layer of AI technologies while growing your skills across the stack.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop full-stack features using React JS, Python, Golang, FastAPI, and Flask
Build APIs and dashboards that enable users to proactively mitigate risks
Integrate with MongoDB for structured and scalable data storage
Collaborate with AI and security teams to embed LLM-based insights and AI-driven risk modeling
Write clean, modular, and well-documented code for both internal and external interfaces
Participate in security reviews, sprint planning, and peer programming sessions

Who You Are
Proficient in Python or Golang with working knowledge of web frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Flask, Gin)
Skilled in modern frontend technologies, especially React JS
Exposure to AI libraries like Transformers, LangChain, scikit-learn, or spaCy
Curious about Large Language Models (LLMs) and their responsible application
(0–2 years) Freshers with strong CS fundamentals and interest in AI/Cybersecurity
(2–5 years) Developers with experience in production-grade web applications or AI tools
Familiarity with OWASP, secure coding practices, and input validation techniques

Bonus Skill
Experience working with vulnerability databases or threat intelligence feeds
