Full Stack Developer (Equity-Based | Remote)

Company: Prosway
Stage: Pre-Seed Real Estate Tech Startup

Prosway is reimagining homeownership by cutting out real estate agents and enabling buyers and sellers to connect directly—especially through seller financing. Our platform matches users, facilitates legal documentation, and processes monthly payments. We're building a product that empowers everyday Americans to own homes faster and cheaper.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to join as one of the first technical hires. You’ll help architect and scale the Prosway platform—from user matchmaking and property listings to payment processing and dashboard features.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to help shape a proptech product that’s built to scale across U.S. cities.

Responsibilities

Own full stack development: front-end, back-end, and database
Build core features: property search, user dashboard, CRM integration, messaging, payment system
Collaborate on matchmaking logic, AI integrations, and seller verification tools
Set up scalable infrastructure for onboarding cities and managing high transaction volume
Integrate with external APIs (e.g. payment processors, MLS data, automation tools)
Ensure platform security, performance, and mobile responsiveness
Work closely with founder on product roadmap, launch cycles, and go-to-market alignment
Tech Stack (Preferred or Open To)

Front-End: React, Next.js, or similar
Back-End: Svelete, Node.js, Python, or Ruby
Database: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase
Infrastructure: AWS, Vercel, Docker
APIs: Stripe, Twilio, MLS feeds, GoHighLevel (GHL), OpenAI

Pay: $61,144.64 - $73,636.56 per year
