Summary

We are seeking a full-stack software engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work with a team of engineers to write code for both backend APIs and frontend user interfaces. You will implement web-based applications that are optimized for performance, scalability, testing, and supportability. We are looking for a candidate that has demonstrated a passion for learning new technology and working with a team toward a common goal.

Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
Implement RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
Set up and help maintain Azure cloud-resources including Kubernetes.
Maintain and optimize existing applications for performance and security.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
Requirements:

5+ years experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role in software engineering.
Strong proficiency in React and Python programming languages.
Experience creating CICD flows and with Kubernetes in the Cloud
Experience in the following areas is a plus:

Cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS)
Cloud deployment with Docker containers
Cloudflare / DNS
Restful API, FastAPI
Go Language
ESRI or Google Mapping
Logging/Telemetry
Unit testing
Security standards such as OAuth
Agile team process
