As we expand through acquisition and organic growth, our digital infrastructure must scale just as quickly. We’re seeking a proactive, technically versatile Full Stack Web Developer to architect and manage a dynamic, scalable, and conversion-optimized digital ecosystem across all ExperiGreen brands. In this role, you’ll own the full web stack—from front-end interfaces to back-end routing and API integrations. You’ll lead the unification of multiple brand sites into a centralized, modular platform, onboarding new acquisitions, integrating CRM and analytics tools, and building features that enhance the user journey from first click to closed sale. This is a hands-on, system-building role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys delivering user-centric, data-powered experiences across multiple business units. WHAT YOU’LL DO Build and maintain responsive, mobile-first web properties across multiple brands Lead CMS consolidation (WordPress, Webflow, or headless) and modular site architecture Manage back-end logic and API integrations with CRMs, analytics, and third-party tools Implement and maintain tracking systems (e.g., UTM attribution, dynamic phone numbers) Build reusable landing page and form templates with progressive data capture and validation Ensure performance standards: fast load times, uptime, accessibility, SEO, security Handle site onboarding for newly acquired brands: migration, configuration, optimization Collaborate with marketing, content, and analytics to deploy campaign-driven experiences Monitor infrastructure health (performance audits, error tracking, uptime) EXPERIENCE 7+ years in a full stack or web-focused development role Proficient in React, Typescript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js (or similar back-end framework) CMS fluency: WordPress, Webflow, or headless solutions (Contentful, Sanity, etc.) Experience with REST APIs, form handling, CRM/analytics/event tracking integration Strong working knowledge of SEO, GA4, GTM, and Lighthouse/PageSpeed tools Comfortable with hosting/DNS, Git-based workflows, and deployment pipelines Demonstrated ability to scale across multi-site, multi-brand ecosystems Bonus: experience with personalization, CMS migrations, and component libraries WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Your work is the engine of our digital growth.
