Job Description: Job Overview: LCG Inc. is seeking a Full Stack Developer, Senior (PRN) to support the Grants team in the development and maintenance of the Application Review Module (ARM). This PRN (as-needed), fully remote role offers an opportunity to work across the entire technology stack—front-end, back-end, databases, and cloud infrastructure. The position requires a balanced focus on systems analysis and full-stack application development, delivering scalable, cloud-based solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using modern development frameworks and cloud technologies.
Analyze system requirements and create detailed technical specifications for application enhancements and new features.
Write, test, and debug high-quality code using languages such as Java, JavaScript, and SQL.
Conduct unit testing and create test plans to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
Utilize front-end and UI/UX design tools to build user-friendly interfaces.
Integrate APIs and manage database interactions across platforms like Oracle, SQL Server, and MongoDB.
Deploy applications using AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, IAM) and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Tomcat).
Create and maintain system documentation, data flow diagrams, and deployment guides.
Follow Agile best practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely solutions.

Qualifications

Strong skills in both front-end and back-end development.
Proficiency with databases, API integration, and deployment strategies.
Strong understanding of frameworks such as Struts MVC and iBatis.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
