Job Title:
Full Stack Developer – Interactive Retail Tech Platform

Compensation:
$30.00–$50.00/hour (based on experience) + potential equity opportunity

About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to help build the core of an intelligent sales platform designed to improve real-time customer engagement in the retail space. The system will assist customers, guide them through product decisions, and respond dynamically to pricing interactions using structured logic and business rules.

This is a hands-on opportunity to work directly with the founder and influence both technical design and product evolution. You’ll play a key role in launching an early-stage tool aimed at enhancing the in-store and online customer experience for luxury retail brands.

Responsibilities:

Develop and refine customer-facing tools for real-time interactions
Build backend systems for pricing logic, offer evaluation, and guided decision flows
Integrate product and inventory data via APIs and internal data structures
Implement automated workflows and triggers based on business rules
Collaborate on MVP development and user testing
Ensure scalability, performance, and security from the start
Qualifications:

3+ years of experience with backend development in Python, Node.js, or similar
Experience building interactive web tools or customer service applications
Familiarity with API integrations and structured data systems
Ability to translate business logic into scalable software workflows
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Bonus: Experience with e-commerce platforms, CRM tools, or product recommendation engines
