Job Description: Front-End Engineer

Qu is looking for ambitious and talented engineers with a strong technical background who are looking for an opportunity to have a huge impact and be part of a growing team in a fast-moving, exciting, and entrepreneurial space.



At Qu you will:

Build and iterate on UI components (tables, charts, modals, notification managers) using Vue 3 and TailwindCSS to match the PowerX design system 
Implement device-configuration flows: bulk actions, threshold settings, and schedule builders for HVAC/temperature sensors
Consume REST/GraphQL APIs, handle optimistic UI updates, error states, and offline support for on-site tablet users
Contribute unit/E2E tests, participate in code reviews, and refine stories with PM & Designer
Work with senior engineers to understand and elaborate requirements when necessary
Take ownership of the features you are working on
What we're looking for:

3+ years modern front-end development with Vue or React (familiarity with Composition API, Pinia, Vite build-tooling)
Comfortable turning Figma specs into pixel-perfect, accessible, responsive layouts
Experience visualizing data (ECharts, Chart.js, D3) and managing real-time websockets/long-polling feeds
Familiarity with RESTful API integration, JWT/Cognito auth flows, and basic AWS front-end deployment
Experience building for Tablets and Mobile Devices
Comfortable working with and testing 3rd party APIs
Bonus Points:

Experience with Vue 3 specifically or React
Familiarity with TailwindCSS
Knowledge of GraphQL
Experience with unit testing frameworks (Vitest, Jest)
Experience with E2E testing tools (Cypress, Playwright)
Experience working with real-time data applications
