Job Title: Front-End Developer (Next.js + Tailwind) – UI/UX Focused
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time / Freelance
Work Schedule: Must be available to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours, between 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly skilled Front-End Developer with a sharp eye for design and strong technical expertise in Next.js and Tailwind CSS. If you understand professional web architecture, can bring Figma designs to life, and have a passion for clean code and user-centric interfaces, we want to hear from you!

You’ll collaborate with a close-knit, fast-paced team to deliver scalable and beautiful front-end solutions with a strong focus on modern UI/UX practices.

What You’ll Do

Build responsive, high-performance front-end components using Next.js and Tailwind CSS
Accurately translate Figma layouts into pixel-perfect interfaces
Apply UI/UX principles to ensure intuitive, user-friendly, and accessible designs
Maintain clean, modular, and scalable front-end codebases
Collaborate with backend developers and designers for seamless integrations
Required Skills & Experience

Proficient in Next.js (App Router, SSR/SSG, API routes)
Deep understanding of Tailwind CSS and utility-first styling
Strong experience with Figma – both using and implementing designs
Solid grasp of UI/UX best practices
Familiarity with Git and component-driven development
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience working with Spring Boot and Java-based REST APIs
Knowledge of MySQL and PostgreSQL databases
Exposure to UI libraries like shadcn/ui and animation libraries such as Framer Motion
Experience integrating front-end interfaces with RESTful backend services
