Need desi Candidates strong in automation

Position: ETL or DB Engineer (mix profile) with healthcare experience

Location: Remote

No–F1/CPT/OPT/H4

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze data mapping documents and transformation logic to understand the scope of migration
Develop and execute conversion test cases and validation scenarios
Perform field-level and record-level validation between source and target systems using PL/SQL or data comparison tools
Review and understand data mapping, transformation rules, and business logic from data conversion documents
Design and execute SQL-based test cases to validate source-to-target data conversion
Develop automated SQL scripts to support data validation and regression checks
Participate in mock conversion cycles and assist in production cutover validation
Report defects using tools like JIRA, ALM, or similar, and follow up for resolution
Independently collaborate with business analysts, developers, and data teams to resolve data discrepancies
Document validation results and provide traceability and audit evidence
Provide documentation of test results, defects, and data quality findings for audits and stakeholders
Ability to read and interpret data mapping and transformation logic
Prior experience with state Medicaid systems (MMIS) or government healthcare projects

Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, SSIS, Talend)
Exposure to automated data validation tools or scripting (Python, Excel macros)
Understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data sensitivity
Validate data conversion in domains such as:
Member/Patient records
Provider data
Claims and Encounter data
Authorization and Eligibility
Financial and Reporting data
