Reports to: Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Developer to join our fully remote team and take ownership of the development and maintenance of our internal tools and technology systems. This role involves building and optimizing software digital solutions that support our business operations, integrating third-party services, and ensuring our infrastructure is secure, scalable, and efficient. The ideal candidate has experience working with cloud-based platforms, writing clean and maintainable code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges. As a key member of a small business operating across multiple states, you’ll play a vital role in improving workflows, automating processes, and driving technical innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain C#/.NET Core applications.
Design, develop, and maintain Power Automate/Power App applications.
Create and maintain SQL Server/PostgreSQL/MySql databases.
Develop and maintain automation and ETL systems that run on a scheduled bases.
Deploy, configure, and manage Azure Virtual Machines to support application hosting and development needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions.
Identify and troubleshoot software defects and issues.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development.
Ensure adherence to software development best practices and standards.
Strong ability to create clear, concise, and well-structured written communications and documentation.
Qualifications:

Fullstack Experience
C#/.NET Core
Python
PostgreSQL/MySql
Power Automate/Power Apps
Experience with Azure DevOps
Experience with Microsoft Entra
Not Required:

Experience supporting remote and hybrid teams.

8:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am-5:00pm
