At https://spacedev.io/, we partner with world-class startups and enterprises to launch disruptive digital products.We’re looking for talented DevOps Engineers to collaborate with engineering teams working on MERN-based platforms (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js), ensuring seamless delivery, scalability, and reliability.
You’ll play a key role in improving development workflows, automating deployments, and enabling teams to ship faster and safer.

Tech stack
 Languages & Scripting: Python, Bash, JavaScript (Node.js)
 Application stack: MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)
 CI/CD: GitHub Actions (main), GitLab CI, Jenkins (plus)
 Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/AKS)
 Cloud: AWS (preferred), GCP or Azure
 IaC: Terraform (preferred), Ansible (plus)
 Monitoring & Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK/EFK
 Collaboration: GitHub, ClickUp, Slack

What you’ll do

 Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for MERN-based applications and microservices.
 Automate testing, builds, and deployments across multiple environments.
 Support developers with tooling, infrastructure, and delivery best practices.
 Monitor applications and services, creating dashboards and actionable alerts.
 Implement security practices across repositories, pipelines, and environments.
 Participate in incident management, root-cause analysis, and postmortems.
 Document and standardize DevOps practices across the team.

What you need

 3+ years of experience in DevOps / SRE roles.
 Strong experience with CI/CD (preferably GitHub Actions).
 Solid knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
 Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP.
 Scripting skills in Python or Bash.
 Familiarity with monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK).
 Strong communication skills and ability to work with distributed teams.

Bonus points for

 Previous experience working with MERN stack applications.
 Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
 Experience with GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Flux).
 Background in fintech, blockchain, or AI-driven projects.
 Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
