Position Title: Data Services Developer - SAP ECC to S/4HANA Migration

Location: Kingstowne, VA (100% Remote)

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Support the EBS-C modernization effort by converting Army enterprise data from SAP ECC and legacy systems into S/4HANA structures.
Analyze and interpret Army-specific data migration functional designs to develop robust, reusable ETL jobs using SAP Data Services.
Develop and maintain physical and virtual data models, ensuring alignment with Army logistics, maintenance, and financial system
Requirements.

Collaborate with functional SMEs and Army stakeholders to define, cleanse, transform, and validate data across key modules: MM, SD,IM/WM, PM, FI, CO, FM, QM, and AA.
Support full data migration lifecycle activities including design, build, testing, cutover, and go-live for the EBS-C environment.
Ensure that all data processes comply with Army audit, cybersecurity ,and FISCAM-aligned data governance requirements.
Maintain high-quality documentation for all ETL processes, mappings, test results ,and validations in support of audit and operational readiness.
Contribute to the success of mock loads, SIT/UAT testing cycles, and production transitions by ensuring high-quality data is available and validated.
Requirements & Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of hands-on ETL/data migration experience using SAP Data Services (BODS).
Demonstrated experience with large-scale SAP S/4HANAdevelopment, implementation, or integration efforts.
Proficiency in SAP technical tools and processes including RFC, BAPI, IDOC, LSMW ,and LTMC.
Strong domain expertise across SAP modules including MM, PM, FI, CO, FM, and others relevant to Army operations.
Ability to work in complex, regulated environments with a focus on data compliance and audit readiness.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
