Full job description
AWS Front-End Developer

REMOTE

12+ months

10+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
Strong hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and RESTful APIs.
Proficiency in React.js, Angular, or Vue.js (React preferred).
Extensive experience with AWS services in a front-end context.
Experience with AWS Amplify, Cognito authentication flows, S3 bucket configurations, etc.
Familiarity with modern build tools such as Webpack, Babel, NPM, Yarn, etc.
Strong understanding of Responsive Design, SPA, and PWA architecture.
Knowledge of Git, Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Develop and maintain scalable, responsive, and high-performance front-end applications using JavaScript, React.js, Angular, Vue.js or similar frameworks.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and DevOps engineers to deliver rich and engaging applications.
Integrate front-end applications with AWS services such as S3, CloudFront, Cognito, API Gateway, Lambda, Amplify, and DynamoDB.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and performance optimization.
Implement CI/CD pipelines for front-end deployment using tools like AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, Amplify Console, or GitHub Actions.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
Ensure secure front-end development practices including OAuth2, JWT, HTTPS, and security headers.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability using CloudFront caching, lazy loading, and bundle optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
