We're looking for an AI/ML Engineer to join our growing team and help build intelligent systems that power VenHub’s autonomous retail platforms. Responsibilities Design, train, and deploy machine learning models for applications. Collaborate closely with robotics, backend, and data teams to integrate models into production environments. Build and maintain robust data pipelines to support ML model training and inference. Conduct model evaluation and tuning using real-time data from VenHub’s smart stores. Contribute to long-term AI/ML strategies across product, robotics, and infrastructure. Develop and document experiments, results, and methodologies. Stay current with latest advancements in machine learning, deep learning, and AI research, and assess applicability to VenHub systems. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 2–5 years of experience building and deploying ML models in production environments. Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn. Experience with computer vision (OpenCV, YOLO, segmentation/classification models). Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Google Cloud preferred), Docker, and deployment pipelines.
