We automate marketing, sales and finance reporting with live dashboards and conversational AI to deliver instant, accurate answers to complex questions about your business.Here are a few of the things that you might do as AI/ML Engineer at TigerEye:Develop AI agents (both standalone agents, as well as within the context of multi-agent architecture) from start to finish. This includes from product ideation, to agent/LLM orchestration to qualitative and quantitative evaluationOwn training, integration, deployment, versioning, and monitoring of AI componentsImprove TigerEye’s existing metrics collection and analysis techniques in order to expand the range of questions TigerEye is able to exploreBuild a customizable heuristic system to surface actionable insightsProvide quantitative rationale to inform group decision-making processesDesign and build our ML infrastructure, including integration with customer dataQualificationsMinimumA Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or a related fieldSubstantial experience with statistics and data modelingSolid understanding of computer science, coding principles and algorithmsProficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go or DartPreferred++Proficiency in SQLExperience working with LLMsExperience with the full lifecycle of building a ML-powered productExperience building ML infrastructureExperience with data engineering and building an ETL pipelineExperience with cloud computing services (AWS, GCP, etc.)Knowledge of time series analysisExperience with designing, developing, and validating statistical models
