Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in machine learning, data processing, and model deployment, with hands-on experience across multiple ML frameworks. You will be responsible for designing, training, and deploying AI-driven solutions that support production environments and meet the needs of our clients. This role requires analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in an Agile environment.

Duties

Design, implement, and evaluate machine learning models for classification, regression, and recommendation tasks.
Preprocess and analyze structured and unstructured datasets to extract meaningful features.
Develop and maintain ML pipelines using Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
Deploy lightweight and scalable models for real-time inference in cloud or edge environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into applications.
Conduct experiments, document results, and iterate based on performance metrics.
Stay updated on recent AI/ML research, frameworks, and best practices.
Participate in Agile workflows, including sprint planning and stand-up meetings.
Skills

Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Knowledge of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for ML deployment.
Familiarity with AI and chatbot development.
Experience with applications that utilize Large Language Models (LLMs).
Experience with database systems (SQL, NoSQL) for data handling and storage.
Understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git).
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Passion for AI/ML technologies and eagerness to deliver innovative solutions.
