Job description
We are Elevance Systems, a software development group with several engineers who have proven expertise in AI/ML, Full Stack, and Data Science. We're preparing to serve US businesses with our technology. Having successfully delivered numerous projects, we're ready to tackle any type of software product development.

We're a multinational team with developers from the Middle East, Eastern Europe, South Asia, and beyond.

Currently, we're experiencing language barrier challenges when discussing projects with clients. Clear understanding of project requirements and providing reasonable, comprehensive solutions is the foundation of successful collaboration between developers and clients.

We need someone who can bridge this language gap with excellent English skills and software engineering experience.

You should be well-versed in software engineering domains including AI/ML, Full Stack, and Data Science, along with various programming languages, toolkits, and cloud platforms.

Additionally, you should bring extensive problem-solving experience in both technical and interpersonal situations throughout your career.

Software architecture, system design, and live coding abilities are a plus.

Once you secure an agreement with clients to begin a project, we'll handle all technical aspects. You'll only need to attend stand-up meetings when necessary. We'll share the profits accordingly.

I run my own agency, so you'll work directly with me in a close, personal partnership.
