Position Overview

We are seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to deliver pilots, proofs of concept (POCs), and production-ready automations for enterprise clients. This role is hands-on and client-facing: youll build, integrate, and operationalize GenAI and automation solutions while working directly with client IT teams and SMEs.

Key Responsibilities

AI Pilot & POC Implementation

Build, test, and deploy AI pilots and POCs that create measurable business outcomes
Develop code and workflows using Python, JSON, and GenAI APIs
Implement automation tools (Power Automate, UiPath, Datamatics TruCap+, DocuWare)
Integrate LLMs into enterprise workflows
Workflow Translation & Integration

Translate high-level designs into executable workflows
Integrate solutions with ERP, CRM, Yardi, and document management systems
Deliver scalable, maintainable, and compliant automation solutions
Client Collaboration

Partner with SMEs and IT teams to define requirements and co-create solutions
Present technical solutions to both technical and business stakeholders
Provide documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer
Quality, Efficiency & Reuse

Deliver high-quality work quickly and reliably
Contribute to reusable playbooks and accelerators that shorten delivery timelines
Required Experience

3+ years implementing AI, data, or automation solutions (minimum 2 years with GenAI or workflow automation)
Hands-on experience with:
GenAI APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic)
Python scripting and JSON structures
Power Automate, UiPath
OCR/document automation (Datamatics TruCap+, DocuWare)
LLM integration into enterprise workflows
Experience delivering pilots, POCs, or production deployments in enterprise settings
Required Expertise

Building GenAI-enabled workflows and integrations
Managing data exchange between AI components and enterprise systems
Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
Awareness of enterprise AI security, compliance, and monitoring best practices
Clean, documented, reusable code and workflow configurations
Recommended Skills

Strong problem-solving and solution design abilities
Balances speed, quality, and reliability
Keeps current on APIs, tools, and best practices
Works effectively with client IT and business teams
Collaborative in consulting and project environments
Preferred Additional Experience

Integration with ERP, CRM, and housing/real estate management systems (e.g., Yardi)
Building automation accelerators or reusable workflow templates
Prior consulting experience
