We are seeking a skilled ForgeRock Engineer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting IAM solutions using the ForgeRock Identity Platform (AM, IDM, DS, and IG). You will play a key role in ensuring secure and seamless access to systems and applications across the enterprise. Your role in our mission Design, configure, and deploy ForgeRock Identity Platform components: Access Management (AM), Identity Management (IDM), Directory Services (DS), and Identity Gateway (IG). Develop and maintain identity and access management workflows, policies, and custom connectors. Implement SSO (Single Sign-On), MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), federation (SAML/OAuth/OIDC), and RBAC/ABAC-based authorization models. Integrate ForgeRock solutions with internal and third-party applications. Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize ForgeRock services to ensure high availability and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, InfoSec, and application teams to deliver secure solutions. Create technical documentation, runbooks, and operational guides. Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards (e.g., NIST, GDPR, HIPAA). Participate in incident response and root cause analysis related to identity services. What we're looking for 5+ years of experience in IAM with a focus on ForgeRock platform. Strong experience with ForgeRock AM, IDM, DS, and IG. Proficiency in identity protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, LDAP). Familiarity with REST APIs and scripting (e.g., Groovy, JavaScript, Shell). Working knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, Git, Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
