This individual will be responsible for implementing, QAing, and documenting A/B, multivariate, and split-URL experiments directly in testing platforms such as Convert.com, VWO, or Mida.so. The ideal candidate will have experience writing JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for experiment variants, managing test sequencing and mutual exclusivity, and integrating conversion tracking and analytics. This is a remote role open to international candidates, and can be structured as either full-time or part-time depending on availability and fit. Key Responsibilities Develop and deploy A/B, multivariate, split-URL, and personalization experiments in testing platforms such as Convert.com, VWO, or Mida.so Write and debug custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code for test variants within A/B testing tools. Implement dynamic segmentation, targeting, and CRM-integrated test logic using data attributes and event-based conditions Perform thorough QA testing of experiments across multiple devices, browsers, and edge cases to ensure functionality and performance Apply mutual exclusivity and test sequencing logic to prevent crowding and ensure clean data collection Configure analytics goals, event tracking, and conversion metrics using tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, Looker, or Google Tag Manager Integrate and interpret behavioral analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, Fullstory) to inform and assess test hypotheses Document each experiment comprehensively, including test briefs, QA protocols, launch logs, and performance summaries Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, and development) to execute and report on CRO efforts Requirements Demonstrated experience building and deploying successful tests in one or more A/B testing platforms: Convert.com, VWO, Mida.so, Optimizely, etc. Proficiency in front-end development languages: JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 Strong understanding of A/B testing principles, including mutual exclusivity, statistical significance, sequencing, and sample sizing Familiarity with configuring conversion events and analyzing user behavior in analytics platforms such as GA4; knowledge of Mixpanel, or Looker is a plus Experience integrating and interpreting qualitative UX tools such as Hotjar or Fullstory Excellent QA and debugging skills, with attention to performance, flicker prevention, and cross-browser compatibility Solid documentation habits and the ability to maintain process transparency Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently while coordinating with internal stakeholders Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment, with high responsiveness and clear communication through tools like Slack and Notion Expected Results Successfully maintain and execute a structured pipeline of a minimum of 10–20 high-quality A/B tests per month, aligned with strategic goals and CRO priorities Reduction in test overlap errors and improved test sequencing through proper mutual exclusivity logic Reliable analytics tracking with actionable insights reported post-test Clear documentation of experiment planning, execution, and results Improved conversion performance through rapid, iterative testing Seamless collaboration with marketing, design, and engineering teams to support broader CRO goals Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $2,000.00 per month Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: 4 hour shift 8 hour shift Work Location: Remote
