As a Senior Software Engineer on our Growth team, you’ll play a key role in expanding Monarch’s reach and helping more households take control of their financial lives. You’ll lead technical execution across projects that drive user acquisition, activation, and retention and collaborate closely with teammates across engineering, product, marketing, and design. What You'll Do: Collaborate and mentor engineers while remaining hands-on, executing roadmap initiatives. Drive technical execution for growth initiatives aligned with business goals. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, marketers, and data analysts to improve acquisition, onboarding, and retention flows Design and implement systems to support A/B testing and rapid experimentation Analyze data and user behavior to inform technical decisions and refine growth strategies Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement within the team Balance technical debt with feature development to ensure sustainable growth What You'll Bring: 5+ years of software engineering experience.
