What are we looking for?
We are seeking a Backend Developer to join our core development team from Colombia, Mexico, or Central America. You will participate in cross-functional projects, build the technical foundation that will enable our scaling, and contribute directly to the company's technological evolution.

Requirements
+5.6 years of experience as a Backend Developer with PHP 8 (ideally Laravel ).

Solid knowledge of JavaScript and MySQL .

Experience integrating APIs ( REST, web services ).

Microservices -based development (Kubernetes, Docker).

Experience working with CI/CD, deployments, and automated testing.

Design and implementation of APIs and services in PHP / NodeJS .

Intermediate/advanced level of English required to collaborate with international partners.

What will you do? (Responsibilities)
Participate in the design and development of new features and modules for our platform.

Propose and implement innovative solutions that add real value to the product.

Create APIs and services in PHP / NodeJS with a focus on quality and scalability.

Optimize backend code and database queries to improve performance.

Design and maintain relational (MySQL) or document (MongoDB) databases

Working with agile methodologies and collaborative tools.

Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and internal and external teams to ensure the success of each project.
